I dived in with both feet and delivered a guest session to MBA students focussing on entrepreneurship, in their “Enterprise, Innovation and New Venture Creation” module at the University of Lancashire.
It was one and a half hours long!
That’s a long time to talk, even for me! My initial reaction was how the heck was I going to keep their attention for that length of time, but I did! I focussed on my passion…
Storytelling
The students interacted and most importantly, they laughed! Initial feedback from the module lead was:
“It was such a brilliant and engaging session and the students enjoyed it.”
I was so chuffed as this module counts for a significant proportion of their MBA, so it was important they got real value from this session. I’m looking forward to early next year when I’ve been invited to be…….
